Michael Spear is a commercial photographer and graphic designer based in Cleveland, Ohio.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with minors in Legal Studies and Communications from Bowling Green State University (OH).
Michael opened his Cleveland location/studio business in 1987. His clients include many small and mid-sized businesses such as Executive Caterers at Landerhaven, Potter and Mellen, The Home Corporation (Garfield1-2323), Rysar Properties, Hemisphere Corporation, The Dalad Group, BFR Partners and The Weatherhead Foundation—just to name a few. His work is published regularly in local, regional, national and international markets.
He is best known for his use of interesting angles and lighting techniques, his ability to get the job done on time, and on budget—but mostly for being easy to work with.
Michael is a problem solver who has been interested in photography from the time he was in 7th grade. He was the photography editor/chief photographer for both his high school and college year books. After graduation he freelanced for the Associated Press, serveral Cleveland area newspapers, magazines and trade journals while gathering the many tools necessary to open his photography business.
